Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or booking an experience, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and local regulations.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information about yourself and your events.
  • Use the platform responsibly, prioritising safety and respect.
  • Review these terms regularly so you’re aware of updates.

User Responsibilities

Keep your account safe and your interactions respectful:

  • Protect your login credentials and personal data.
  • Respect intellectual property and do not share content without permission.
  • Report suspicious behaviour or safety concerns immediately.
  • Follow DineTogether community guidelines at all times.

Service Availability

We strive to provide seamless service, but you acknowledge:

  • Planned maintenance or technical issues may interrupt service.
  • Features can evolve or be retired to improve the product.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party providers.

Payment & Booking Terms

When you book or host an event:

  • Payments are handled via secure third-party payment processors.
  • Each experience lists its own cancellation window and penalties.
  • Refunds are issued based on the host’s published policy.
  • Processing fees may apply to cancellations or refunds.

Limitation of Liability

DineTogether is a facilitator, not the organiser of events:

  • We are not responsible for conduct, food quality, or venue conditions.
  • You accept inherent risks of attending in-person experiences.
  • Disputes between hosts and guests should be resolved directly first.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Prohibited Activities

To keep our community safe, you may not:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Harass, discriminate, or endanger other users.
  • Bypass our security features or misuse promotional programmes.
  • Create fake listings, reviews, or impersonate another person.

Account Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account through the dashboard at any time. When we update these terms, we’ll indicate the new effective date and may notify you via email or in-app alerts. By continuing to use DineTogether, you agree to the latest version.
